R. v. T.T.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in approximately 5 pounds of cannabis marijuana.

R. v. G.S.

(Unreported, Alta. P. C. ) – Client plead guilty to cultivating opium for the purpose of trafficking.   This was the first case of its kind in Alberta.

R. v. S.B.

(Unreported, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench) – Client charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking crack cocaine.

R. v. R.R.R.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with armed robbery.   The Client was alleged to have robbed a store with handgun.

R. v. J.W.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with attempted murder in relation to a shooting.   Defence counsel secured reasonable bail after a contested hearing.

R. v. M.P.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client was charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault arising from a robbery and stabbing in a Calgary liquor store.

(Unreported, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench) – Client was charged with sexual interference with a minor.   Client acquitted after trial due to a lack of mens rea.

A. J. No. 951 (Alta. Q. B. ) – Client was convicted of impaired driving and appealed.

(Unreported, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench) – Client charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with the criminal negligence causing bodily injury for shooting a friend in a motor vehicle.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with three counts of trafficking crack cocaine to an undercover police officer.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client acquitted of impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration in excess of 80 milligrams in 100 milliliters of blood.
