R. v. K.S.

Posted in Impaired Driving and

March 2, 2012

Client charged with impaired driving and over 80.  Defence argued the impaired driving had not been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.  Also, the Defence argued various Charter breaches, including a contravention of s. 10(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  Evidence was excluded as a result of the Charter and the client was acquitted of all charges.
