(Red Deer, IRS/Impaired Driving). Under the Provincial Administrative Penalties Act 2020 (PAPA 2020), JW was issued immediate roadside sanctions (IRS).
(Airdrie, P. C. - Domestic Assault). RSR was charged with domestic assault arising from a very minor incident.
(Grand Prairie - DUI/IRS). MD was issued immediate roadside sanctions (IRS) by way of a Notice of Administrative Penalty (NAP).
(Calgary, P. C. - DUI/ALS Appeal). The case of FVG involved both the scheduling of an impaired driving trial and an ALS hearing.
(Calgary, P. C. - Fraud/Obstruction). This accused was charged with fraud and obstructing police by giving a false name.
(Canmore, P. C. - Impaired Driving). HRH was the target of a traffic stop at about 9:30AM on a cold, snow covered day in 2019.
(Banff/Canmore - DUI). This client was charged with operating a motor vehicle while "over 80" and impaired driving.
(Calgary, P. C. - Importation/PPT). GT was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and importation of dozens of kilograms of meth and cocaine.
(Airdrie, P. C. - Uttering Threats). BVB was charged with uttering threats as part of a domestic violence incident occurring in Airdrie, Alberta.
(Didsbury, P. C. - DUI/ALS). MMP was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol over the legal limit.
(Banff, P. C. - Impaired Driving). MDM was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol above the legal limit in Banff, Alberta.
(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault). EAM was charged with a single count of domestic assault in a case arising in Calgary.
