R. v. F.V.G.

(Calgary, P. C. - DUI/ALS Appeal).   The case of FVG involved both the scheduling of an impaired driving trial and an ALS hearing.

R. v. D.T.D.

(Calgary, P. C. - Fraud/Obstruction).   This accused was charged with fraud and obstructing police by giving a false name.

R. v. H.R.H.

(Canmore, P. C. - Impaired Driving). HRH was the target of a traffic stop at about 9:30AM on a cold, snow covered day in 2019.

R. v. R.H.

(Banff/Canmore - DUI).   This client was charged with operating a motor vehicle while "over 80" and impaired driving.

(Calgary, P. C. - Importation/PPT). GT was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and importation of dozens of kilograms of meth and cocaine.

(Airdrie, P. C. - Uttering Threats).   BVB was charged with uttering threats as part of a domestic violence incident occurring in Airdrie, Alberta.

R. v. M.M.P.

(Didsbury, P. C. - DUI/ALS). MMP was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol over the legal limit.

R. v. M.D.M.

(Banff, P. C. - Impaired Driving).   MDM was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol above the legal limit in Banff, Alberta.

R. v. E.A.M.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault). EAM was charged with a single count of domestic assault in a case arising in Calgary.

R. v. S.O.

(Rocky Mountain House, P. C. - Suspended Driving).   SO was investigated after a minor dirt bike mishap in the ditch along a secondary highway near Sundre, Alberta.

R. v. S.C.S.

(Alberta, P. C. - Sexual Assault). SCS was charged with a number of sexual assault related allegations arising shortly legally becoming an adult.

R. v. M.S.M.

(Didsbury, P. C. - Domestic Violence).   MSM was charged with uttering threats and intimidation in relation to a case investigated in Didsbury, Alberta.

R. v. B.B.J.

(Calgary, P. C. - Terrorism). On September 30th, 2020 a Calgary provincial court judge heard a contested judicial interim release hearing in relation to a Calgary terrorism suspect.

(Cochrane, P. C. - Impaired Driving).

R. v. S.Y.B.

(Cochrane, P. C. - Domestic Assault). SYB was charged with domestic assault in relation to a charge arising in the jurisdiction of Cochrane, Alberta.

R. v. B.M.M.

(Canmore/Banff, P. C. - Failing to blow).

R. v. A.J.A.

(Cochrane, P. C. - DUI).  AJA was a person without a prior criminal record.

(Calgary, P. C. - Possession of a Firearm).

R. v. T.Y.

(Calgary, P. C. - Assaulting a Police Officer).

R. v. J.S.S

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault).  JSS was charged with a domestic related assault causing bodily harm in Calgary, Alberta.

(Calgary, P. C. - Assault).

R. v. K.L.

(Calgary, P. C. - Impaired Driving). KL was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol at/over the legal limit.
