R. v. C.D.C.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault).  CDC was charged with common assault, arising out of a minor domestic dispute.

R. v. M.L.M.

(Airdrie, PC - Assault). MLM was charged with common assault arising out of an altercation outside of a convenience store in Airdrie, Alberta.

R. v. K.T.K.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault/Threats).  KTK was charged with assault and uttering threats arising from an incident involving a domestic partner.

SafeRoads v. M.M.M.

(Grande Prairie - NAP/IRS/DUI).  MMM was investigated for an impaired driving situation in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

R. v. O.M.O.

(Okotoks P. C. - Impaired Driving/Over 80).  OMO was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol at/over the limit.

R. v. R.B.

(Cochrane, P. C. - Assault). RB was a person charged with common assault arising out of an incident with a neighbour.

SafeRoads v. J.H.

(Calgary, P. C. - Impaired Driving/Immediate Roadside Sanctions).  JH was investigated for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

R. v. B.O.J.

(Calgary, Q. B. - First Degree Murder). BOJ was charged with first degree murder in relation to a firearms incident.

R. v. A.K.A.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault) - AKA was charged with assault arising out of a domestic incident.

R. v. M.M.M.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault).  MMM was charged with assault arising from a domestic incident.

R. v. F.S.F.

(Hanna P. C. - Weapon).  FSF was charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.

R. v. S.O.S.

(Didsbury P. C. - Bail/PPT/Armed Robbery). Defending drug prosecutions is consistently becoming more labour intensive and complex.

R. v. E.M.E.

(Okotoks, P. C. - Unlawful Confinement). EME was charged with unlawful confinement.  A not guilty plea was entered and the case was scheduled for trial.

SafeRoads v. P.S.P.

(Calgary, NAP-IRS).   PSP was issued immediate roadside sanctions by way of a notice of administrative penalty.

R. v. K.K.B.

(Pincher Creek, PC. - Sexual Assault).   After a few days of trial KKB was found not guilty of sexual assault.

R. v. Y.J.Y.

(Calgary, P. C. - DUI/Over 80).

R. v. S.R.R.

(Airdrie P. C. - Domestic Assault).   SRR was another, all things considered, trivial domestic violence allegation of highly questionable merit.

R. v. U.A.U.

(Calgary, P. C. - Domestic Assault).   The principle of Occam's Razor aptly applies to criminal justice.

SafeRoads v. W.J.W.

(Red Deer, IRS/Impaired Driving).   Under the Provincial Administrative Penalties Act 2020 (PAPA 2020), JW was issued immediate roadside sanctions (IRS).

R. v. R.S.R.

(Airdrie, P. C. - Domestic Assault).   RSR was charged with domestic assault arising from a very minor incident.

(Medicine Hat - Care or Control/Over 80). W. T.
