R. v. S.L.

(Okotoks, P. C. ).   The Client applied for judicial interim release in release to an allegation of Attempted Murder.

R. v. L.V.

(Calgary, P. C. ) The accused was acquitted at trial after the judge believed his testimony in relation to an allegation of breaching bail conditions.

R. v. L.M.

(Calgary, P. C. ).   L. M. was charged with criminal negligence in relation to an elderly person in her care.

R. v. J.H.

(Lethbridge/Calgary QB) The accused was charged with trafficking firearms.   The Defence attacked the credibility of the Crown's essential witness.

(Calgary, P. C. J. ) The client was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol exceeding the legal limit.

R. v. A.I.

(Calgary, Q. B. ) The client was prosecuted for two counts of trafficking cocaine to an undercover police officer.

R. v. N.S.

(Calgary, P. C. J. ) The accused was charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving, refusing to supply a breath sample and Traffic Safety Act charges.
