(Fort McMurray, Alta. C. A. ). Client was convicted of impaired driving in Fort McMurray, Alberta.   The evidence was suspect and its value limited.

(Golden, P. C. ).  Client was charged with refusing to supply a breath sample in Golden, British Columbia.
