(Alberta, P. C. - Sexual Assault). SCS was charged with a number of sexual assault related allegations arising shortly legally becoming an adult.

R. v. T.Y.

(Calgary, P. C. - Assaulting a Police Officer).

R. v. Z.B.

(Calgary, P. C. - Assault).

R. v. D.J.J.

(Whitehorse, S. C. ).  DJJ was charged with aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm arising out of an incident at an establishment in Whitehorse, Yukon.

R. v. Z.Z.D.

(Cochrane, P. C. ). ZZD was charged with a very historical sexual assault.

R. v. P.T.P.

(Calgary, P. C. ).  PTP is a case that illustrates non-trial options to successfully defending a criminal prosecution.

R. v. G.S.G.

(Cochrane, P. C. ).  The client was charged with causing a disturbance in relation to a boisterous event that occurred outside of a camper.

R. v. A.M.H.

(Calgary, Y. P. C. ).   The allegation in this case was "common assault".

R. v. K.D.B.

(Calgary, P. C. ).   KB was charged on multiple informations with a plethora of offences, including assault, possession of crystal meth, breaching bail conditions, trespassing and uttering threats.

(Calgary, P. C. ). AM was charged with domestic assault, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest and failing to attend Court.

(Calgary, P. C. ).   EM. L was charged with mischief to property in a domestic situation.

(Calgary, Q. B. ).   OA was charged with unlawful confinement and sexual assault in Calgary. This case was exceptionally well prosecuted.

(Calgary, P. C. ).   L. M. was charged with criminal negligence in relation to an elderly person in her care.

(Taber, P. C. J. ) The accused was charged with domestic assault in relation to an incident that involved his girlfriend.

(Calgary, P. C. ). Client charged with assault with a weapon for purportedly drawing a firearm and attacking the victim with a knife.

(Medicine Hat, P. C. ).   Client was charged with a serious home invasion involving a firearm.

(Lethbridge, P. C. ).   Client was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.   This was a serious case involving a shooting in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta.
