R. v. S.T.

 (Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing bodily harm.  The Crown alleged that the Client unlawfully struck the complainant in the head with a drinking glass.  The Client was acquitted on the basis of self-defence.
