March 11, 2008(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with armed robbery. The Client was alleged to have robbed a store with handgun. After cross-examination of the complainant, the Crown directed a stay of proceedings of the robbery charge. This was premised upon concerns regarding the veracity of the primary witness.
