R. v. L.J.P.

 [2006] (Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client was charged with a number of Bankruptcy Act offences.  After two days of trial, the judge agreed with the Defence that the documents sought to be tendered by the Crown were inadmissible.  The Client was acquitted of all charges.
