R. v. L.A.

(Presently Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client was charged with trafficking in crack cocaine.  Police conducted an undercover buy with a person alleged to be the Client.  The judge acquitted the accused after trial due to frailties in eyewitness identification.
