R. v. D.D.D.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking a large quantity of cocaine and proceeds of crime.  A search warrant was executed at the Client’s premises.  The Defence managed to obtain bail after a very contested bail hearing.
