R. v. D.C.A.

(Unreported, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench) – Client charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER.  After weeks of trial, the Justice acquitted the Client on the basis of frailties of eye-witness identification.  Cross-examination revealed numerous inconsistencies in the complainant’s version of events.
