R. v. C.W.B.

A.J. 696 (Alta. Q.B.) – Client was charged with first degree murder in a homicide involving a firearm.  The case was based primarily upon evidence obtained as part of a Mr. Big Operation wherein the client allegedly confessed to first degree murder.  After preliminary inquiry, the client plead guilty to manslaughter with a firearm and received a global sentence of 8 ½ years.  To read about the case, visit the Calgary Sun
