November 18, 2009Client was charged with numerous firearms related offences along with a number of co-accused. Crown sought the client's detention on the secondary and tertiary grounds. Client was ordered released on reasonable cash and conditions. The bail judge specifically held that the case did not involve a propper application of the "tertiary ground".
