R. v. C.J.C

(unreported) – Client charged with criminal harassment, assault with a weapon and possession of a firearm.  Client successfully resisted a Crown adjournment application.  Judge found the Crown was negligent pursuant to The Queen v. Darville.  All charges stayed by the prosecution.
