R. v. C.H.

(Unreported, Alberta Provincial Court) – Client charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine.  The Client’s home was searched on the basis of a “search warrant”.  Drugs were located.  Charges were withdrawn at the Preliminary Inquiry by the Crown.
