The Crown sought the accused’s detention relative to allegations of possession for the purpose of trafficking Ketamine.  After a prolonged bail hearing, the accused was released.  The hearing judge agreed with defence counsel that there appeared to be serious issues relative to the constitutionality of the search of the accused’s motor vehicle.
