R. v. A.H.

(Lethbridge, Q.B.).  Calgary drug lawyer, David Chow, secured a stay of proceedings on a possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, meth, along with a pharmacy of other drugs. This was a multi-day trial to address surveillance evidence and search warrants.  The Crown stayed the charges in part due to issues identified with the police surveillance and the search warrant. In this case the accused had filed a comprehensive Charter Notice outlining problems with the Crown's case. David Chow is not only a Calgary drug lawyer, he is a Lethbridge drug lawyer.
